How do I sell my garment/s on Stage3?

If you own an authentic designer piece of clothing which you no longer wish to wear but is in a good condition, you can call Stage3 on +91-9599444575 or email at care@stage3.co. Our team will get in touch with you the same day within business hours and guide you through the process.


Who will be responsible for picking up the outfit from my place?

Pick up will be done free of charge by Stage3.


How long will it take for you to list my garment on Stage3’s website?

Once we’ve received your garment, it will take us 7-10 working days to check for authenticity, quality and do a photoshoot before we showcase your garment on Stage3’s website.


How will Stage3 decide on a price for my garment?

Depending on the usage and condition of the garment, the final price will be set by Stage3’s fashion experts with full consent from the you, i.e. the seller.


When will I get paid for my garment once it’s rented/sold?

Once a transaction has been made on Stage3’s website for your garment, you will be paid in 10 working days and the money will be transferred to your bank account through an NEFT transaction.


What happens if my garment is rejected by Stage3 for upload on their website?

If for some reason our experts feel that your garment does not meet the Stage3 requirements, it will be sent back to you free of charge within a week.

How soon will my order reach me?

Depending on your location, your order should reach you within 7-10 working days.


Is there an additional cost for shipping?

No, we provide free shipping on all domestic orders.


Do you ship internationally?

Not as of now.

Return & Refund

When is an item eligible for return?

Due to the delicate nature of the garments, we urge you to raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please make sure the product is unused, unwashed, and available to be returned with its tag and bill.

We will not be able to entertain a return request after 48 hours.


How do I return a product?

Do you have a reverse pickup service?

Yes, a free reverse pickup will be provided to you if you wish to return your product.


What will happen to my money?

After we receive your order, a full refund will be transferred to your bank account within 14 working days.


What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Please raise an alarm within 2 days of receiving a damaged/incorrect product, we will have it picked up and refunded within the next 14 working days.

What all payment methods can I use?

1. Online payments using a credit or debit card, or net banking.
2. Cash On Delivery (COD) for orders amounting up to Rs.10,000/-.
